But what is sustainable wash in Denim ?
So Sustainable wash is a process in which  natural resources are utilised instead of chemicals which are harmful for the environment.
This is a kind of method where the product is manufactured efficiently and effectively as chemicals are utilised in very less quantity which protects the environment from getting harmed.It not only saves time but also energy.
Here, we have been working on various and a full range of sustainable washes. We can also develop various kinds of washes such as dark washes, medium washes, light washes, vintage and tint washes.

The sustainable washes are developed with the help of Laser Machine, G2 or Ozone Machine and E-flow Machine.
Let’s learn about all these machines one by one .

  1. Laser Machine :
    As we all are aware about the short availability of labour due to various factors. And owing to this , the future scenario is going to be the victim of this.
    But the introduction of Laser machines have sorted out the problem with a blink of an eye. This machine can perform all the functions of denim which is full of value added or dry processes like Scraping, grinding , body damaging blasting or pp spray.

Benefits of Laser Machine :
The best way to produce or manufacture denim with sustainable wash is with the help of Laser machines . It will not only protect the environment but also give a good and consistent quality of product.

The other benefits of utilising laser methods are providing whiskers, blasting , grinding and distress effect , 3D effect , photo design, logo design , name and art design.

  1. G-2 or Ozone Machines
    G-2 is the latest and eco friendly ozone textile technology which was developed by Jeanologia. It uses the air of the atmosphere and transforms it into ozone. These ozone particles then enter into the goods and react with dyes and help in eliminating the indigo dyes or bleaching effects (in wet garments).

Benefits of G-2 or Ozone Machines
The benefits of ozone machines are that it uses a zero discharge process without water or chemicals. It also reduces the steps of manufacturing denims such as the process of knitting the denims .

In the dry process, the ozone effectively cleans the garments, improves the whiteness of used areas and eliminates the back staining.

By applying ozone to wet garments , the bleaching effect can be obtained without the usage of chemicals within one step. This sustainable process can further be used to fade away the colours both in the denims and knits .
One of the main benefits of using ozone method is that if we use bleach with sulphur dye , direct dye or reactive dyed garments it will turn into purple-orange shade. But in the wet process the ozone effectively gives the lighter shades to the garments .

  1. E- flow Machine :
    E- flow machine is an advanced machine for sustainable washes where chemicals are transferred to garments with the help of spray. Jeanologia has innovated a new system in which air from the atmosphere is transformed into nanobubbles and the adequate amount of water and chemical products naturally distribute themselves
    forming the nanobubbles skin. It ultimately becomes the carrier of the chemical products and transmits them homogeneously on the garment.
    With the help of this technology, we can obtain a number of wash effects of the highest quality with minimum amount of water and no discharge.
    This is the reason why this method is the only one which is certified as an ecological method by an independent laboratory.


Benefits of E-Flow machine :

E-flow is the perfect fit for every industrial washing machine. A chemical box can easily be connected with the existing washing machine. This box can be used with two machines one after the another. The finishing effects are softening, tinted flow, 3D effects with resins , stone flow and random flow.

With the help of this method , a desired look can be optimized by using the resources needed. This also helps in saving water , chemical products and time.

The main benefit of using this technology is to reduce the MLR  ratio i.e. 0.8- 1.2 which will save ample amount of water and chemicals
