This is the process where the quality of chemical is not being harmful to the environment or using the natural resources.
This is the method that do not harm to environment and saving the water, very less use of chemicals and saving the time and energy.
I had developed full range of sustainable washes. We can develop dark washes, medium washes, light washes, vintage and tint also.
These all washes are developed in sustainable process. The sustainable washes are developed with the help laser machine, G2 or Ozone machine and e- Flow machine.
Laser machine:We all know that there is shortage of laborers day by day. In future we will face more problem for the same things.
Denim is full of value added or dry process work like Scraping, grinding, body damaging, blasting or PP spray. These all can done in Laser machine.
Benefits of Laser machine:If we are looking for sustainable wash than Laser is the best option for dry process without harming to environment.
By using laser machine will get good and consistence product quality.
At same time can get wishker, blasting, grinding and distress effect. 3D effect, photo design, logo design, name, art design can be done in laser machine.
G-2 or Ozone machine: G2 is the latest and most eco efficient ozone textile technology and it is developed by
Jeanologia, take air from the atmosphere and transforms it into ozone. The ozone particles enter into the goods and react with dyes and produce results such as the eliminate indigo dyes or bleaching effect (in wet garments).
Benefits of G2 or Ozone machine:
All of this is accomplished in a zero discharge process without water or chemicals and with a considerable reduction in the steps required to produce denim and knits. In dry processes the ozone effectively cleans the garment, improving the whiteness of used areas and eliminating the backstaining.By applying ozone to wet garments we accomplish the bleaching effect without chemicals and in just one step. This sustainable process can be used to fade down colors both in denim and knits.Basically, If we used bleach on sulphur dyed, direct dyed and reactive dyed garments.
